This Privacy Policy explains how StockHarbor Inventory accesses, processes, stores, and protects information when you use the application.

1. Overview

StockHarbor Inventory is designed as an offline inventory and stock management application.

The app is intended to help users manage products, categories, suppliers, stock movements, sales, purchases, profit information, barcode records, exports, and local backups directly on their Android device.

The current version of the app does not require an online account or cloud server for its main functionality.

2. Information Stored by the App

Users may enter and store information including:

  • Product names
  • SKU numbers
  • Barcodes or product codes
  • Product categories
  • Purchase prices
  • Sale prices
  • Stock quantities
  • Low-stock thresholds
  • Supplier names and contact information
  • Stock-in and stock-out records
  • Purchase records
  • Sales records
  • Profit-related records
  • Application preferences

This information is stored locally on the user's device for the purpose of providing inventory management functionality.

StockHarbor Inventory does not intentionally transmit this locally stored inventory information to ALESHA RENEE BEAUTY LLC servers.

Under Google Play's Data Safety definitions, information that is accessed only on the user's device and is not transmitted off the device generally is not considered developer-collected data. Google Help

3. Personal Information

StockHarbor Inventory does not require users to create an account.

The app does not require users to provide ALESHA RENEE BEAUTY LLC with:

  • A personal account
  • Email address for app registration
  • Password
  • Phone number
  • Government identification
  • Payment information

Users may voluntarily enter supplier names or contact information into their own inventory database. Such information remains part of the locally stored inventory data unless the user exports or backs it up.

4. Camera Permission

StockHarbor Inventory may request access to the device camera when the user chooses to use the barcode scanning feature.

Camera access is used to:

  • Detect supported barcodes
  • Read product codes
  • Identify products during inventory operations

Barcode scanning is designed to be processed locally on the device.

The app does not use camera access for surveillance, advertising, facial recognition, or unrelated purposes.

The user may deny camera permission. Other inventory features can still be used without barcode scanning.

5. Notifications

On supported Android versions, StockHarbor Inventory may request permission to display notifications.

Notifications may be used for features such as:

  • Low-stock reminders
  • Inventory-related alerts

Notification permission is not used to collect personal information.

Users can disable notification permission through their Android device settings.

6. Barcode Processing

The app may use an open-source barcode scanning library to provide barcode-related functionality.

Barcode information is used for inventory functions such as identifying or assigning products.

The application is designed so barcode processing does not require transmitting inventory information to our servers.

7. CSV Export

Users may export inventory-related information to CSV files.

Exported information may include information such as:

  • Products
  • SKU or barcode values
  • Stock quantities
  • Prices
  • Inventory records

The user selects where exported files are saved.

Once information has been exported outside the application's private storage, users are responsible for protecting, sharing, transferring, or deleting those files.

8. Backup and Restore

StockHarbor Inventory provides local backup and restore functionality.

Users may create a backup of their inventory database and save it to a location available through Android's file system or file picker.

Backup files may contain inventory and supplier information entered by the user.

The app does not automatically upload these backups to ALESHA RENEE BEAUTY LLC.

If users manually save or copy a backup to another application, storage provider, computer, cloud service, or device, that third party's privacy practices may apply.

9. Internet and Remote Servers

The current version of StockHarbor Inventory is designed as a local/offline inventory application.

Its core inventory database does not require transmission to an ALESHA RENEE BEAUTY LLC server.

The application does not currently use advertising, analytics, or account-management servers for its normal inventory functionality.

10. Data Sharing

ALESHA RENEE BEAUTY LLC does not sell users' inventory information.

The current app is not designed to share locally stored inventory data with advertisers or data brokers.

Data may leave the application only when the user deliberately performs an action such as exporting, backing up, sharing, or transferring a file through functionality available on their device.

11. Data Security

Inventory information stored inside the app's private storage is protected by Android's application sandbox and the security protections available on the user's device.

Users should protect their devices with appropriate device security, such as a secure screen lock.

Exported CSV files and manually created backup files may exist outside the application's private storage and may therefore be accessible according to the security settings of the destination selected by the user.

No method of electronic storage can guarantee absolute security.

12. Data Retention

Locally stored inventory information remains on the device until it is:

  • Deleted through available application functionality
  • Replaced through a restore operation
  • Removed by clearing the application's storage
  • Removed when the application is uninstalled, subject to Android/device behavior

Files that users intentionally export or save as backups may remain at their chosen storage location until the user deletes them.

13. Data Deletion

Users control the locally stored information within StockHarbor Inventory.

Users can remove application data by deleting relevant records where supported or by using Android's application storage controls.

Uninstalling the application generally removes its private local application data.

Exported CSV files and backup files stored elsewhere must be deleted separately by the user.

Because the current application does not provide an online user account, there is no remote StockHarbor account requiring an account-deletion request.

14. Children's Privacy

StockHarbor Inventory is a business and inventory-management utility and is not specifically directed toward children.

We do not knowingly design the application to collect personal information from children through an online account or remote service.

15. Third-Party Services

The app may contain software libraries necessary to provide application functionality, such as barcode scanning.

If additional third-party services, analytics, advertising, cloud storage, or online functionality are introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy and the app's Google Play Data Safety disclosures will be updated as required.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

ALESHA RENEE BEAUTY LLC may update this Privacy Policy when application functionality, legal requirements, or data practices change.

Any revised version will display an updated effective date.

Users are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy periodically.
